Gold Buyback Policy

At Chandanaz, we respect your gold investment. Our Gold Buyback Policy ensures fairness, transparency, and value if you wish to sell back your jewellery.

Eligibility for Buyback

• Applicable only on gold & silver jewellery purchased from Chandanaz.
• Jewellery must be presented with:
  • Original Invoice
  • Government-issued ID
• Buyback can be done at our physical store or shipped to our registered address after prior confirmation.

Buyback Valuation

• Buyback value is calculated on net gold/silver weight, after deducting stones, beads, enamel, impurities or any non-gold/silver parts etc.
• Valuation is based on the prevailing gold/silver rate on the day of evaluation.
• We offer up to 100% of gold rate on the net weight of old Chandanaz jewellery.
• Making charges, GST, and other charges will not be refunded.

Product Verification

• All buyback items undergo purity and weight tests.
• The verification process may take up to 4 working days.
• Items that are damaged, tampered, melted, or altered will be evaluated at Chandanaz's discretion, with possible deductions.

Payment Method

• Payment will be made within 48 working hours after final valuation.
• Modes of payment:
  • Account Payee Cheque
  • Bank Transfer (RTGS/NEFT) only to the customer's registered account.
  • No Cash Payments
• All transactions above ₹ 2,00,000 require submission of PAN card by customer. If PAN is not available, an Aadhar Card with a written letter from the customer is required.

Buyback Not Applicable On:

• Items without valid invoice or identification proof.
• Jewellery not originally bought from Chandanaz.

Required Documents

• Original Invoice
• Valid Government-issued ID (Aadhaar / PAN / Passport / Voter ID / Driving Licence)

Additional Terms

• Chandanaz reserves the right to change, cancel, or update this policy without prior notice.
• Policy is applicable only within India.
• All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Vijayawada, India.
