Gold Exchange Policy

At Chandanaz, we want you to feel confident and happy with your jewellery. If you change your mind or wish to upgrade, our Gold Exchange Policy makes the process easy and transparent.

7-Day Easy Exchange

• Unused gold jewellery in original condition can be exchanged within 7 days of the invoice date.
• No deduction of making charges will apply within this period.
• The item must pass our quality check and must be accompanied by
  • Original Invoice
  • Product Certificate (if issued)
• Note: Only one exchange is allowed per invoice under the 7-day window.

Exchange After 7 Days

• Exchange after 7 days will be allowed only on net gold weight, after deduction of stones, enamel, beads, impurities, etc.
• Calculated at the prevailing gold rate on the date of assessment.
• Making charges, GST, and other costs paid during purchase will not be counted in exchange value.
• Exchange is allowed only towards other gold jewellery of equal or higher value.

Exchange Not Applicable On:

• Items purchased through Gold EMI or Gold Fixed Deposit plans.
• Nose pins and Custom-made jewellery
• Jewellery purchased during promotional offers or discounts (unless otherwise specified).
• Silver jewellery, gift articles, or custom/engraved/damaged/altered items.

Quality Verification Process

• Returned jewellery will be tested for purity and weight by our experts.
• Evaluation may take up to 4 working days.
• Final exchange value will be communicated to you via email or phone or in person.

Required Documents

• Original Invoice / Order Copy
• Valid Government ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving Licence)

Important Notes

• No cash refund will be issued for exchanges.
• Customers must return all free gifts or vouchers from the original purchase. If not, their value will be deducted.
• All transactions above ₹ 2,00,000 require submission of PAN card by customer. If PAN is not available, an Aadhar Card with a written letter from the customer is required.
• Chandanaz reserves the right to accept or decline any exchange request based on evaluation.
