Service Guidelines

• Any additions such as gold, diamonds, pearls, or other stones during repair will be charged at prevailing market rates.
• Breakage, discoloration, stone fall, enamel chipping, or damage due to mishandling are not covered under free warranty.
• However, we are happy to repair such issues upon request at a reasonable charge.

Exclusions

• Silver jewellery, semi-precious items, and lightweight/fancy jewellery are not covered under warranty.
• Warranty and repair are applicable only with valid purchase invoice.
