Advance Payment Options:

25% Advance

• Gold rate: Future delivery date.
• Cancellation: No refund.

50% Advance

• No price lock facility.
• Gold rate: Future delivery date.
• Cancellation: Refund after deducting VA.

75% Advance

• Option for customer: Lock today's price OR future delivery price at the time of booking.
• Gold rate: As per customer's choice.
• Cancellation: Refund after deducting VA.

100% Advance

• Customer benefit: Lowest of booking date rate OR delivery date rate.
• Cancellation: Refund after deducting VA.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• VA Deduction Rule (where refund is allowed):
  • VA = Gold Rate (on cancellation date) × Net Weight × Offered VA %
• Orders must be accepted within 30 days of completion intimation.
• If not accepted within 30 days, order will be treated as cancelled.
• Refund in such cases will be processed after deducting VA and other applicable charges as per Refund Policy.
