Job Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate or Diploma holder; specialization in retail or sales preferred
• 3-6 years of experience in jewellery, luxury, or retail showroom supervision
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to manage frontline staff
• Strong communication in Telugu and Hindi; English preferred
• Working knowledge of billing systems, sales reports, and POS operations
• Customer-oriented mindset, high integrity, and operational discipline

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the showroom including opening/closing, staff briefing, and floor readiness.
• Supervise and support the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Monitor customer service standards and intervene when required to handle escalations.
• Ensure implementation of SOPs related to billing, product handling, security, and customer experience.
• Coordinate with support teams like billing, stock, security, and housekeeping for showroom upkeep.
• Maintain in-store discipline including staff punctuality, grooming, and conduct.
• Manage counter allocation and rotation of sales executives to optimize productivity.
• Oversee product display, cleanliness of counters, and visual merchandising standards.
• Support showroom manager in inventory checks, audits, and daily reconciliation.
• Contribute to GSS (Gold Savings Scheme) enrollments and drive staff focus during promotional campaigns.
• Train and guide new sales staff on product knowledge, etiquette, and showroom processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation for returns, customer follow-ups, and special orders.
